Return Policy
We are delighted to offer you a hassle-free shopping experience. We provide a 15-day return, refund, exchange and replacement policy starting from the delivery date. Kindly note that this policy does not apply to Coins, Utensils, Perfumes, God Idols, Rakhis and Candles
Please note that the items must be returned in their original packaging and should not have been used. THEADORE reserves the right to process refunds after checking the returned items.

Please note that it takes up to 5 working days to get the return pickup done from your location. In case your return pick up is not done within 5 working days, please reach out to us on the support channel of your choice - Calls/Emails/Chats
We understand that preferences may vary, which is why we offer exchanges for a different item if you're not satisfied with the jewelry, received a faulty product, or received an incorrect item within 15 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Please note that in the event of an exchange, any price differences will be collected or refunded to you, as the case may be.
We initiate the refunds within 48 hours of us receiving the product in our Warehouse.
For Prepaid orders: Refunds are initiated directly to the original payment source.
For COD orders: Refunds are initiated via a Razorpay Payout link, which we share with the customers who opted to return. Please enter the correct details in the link and choose the mode of accepting payment.
For Wallet orders: Refund will be done back to the wallet. Please note that wallet refunds cannot be done to any other payment source in line with RBI guidelines.
For any combination of the above: All refunds will be done in the same proportion in which the payments were received including partial refunds.
It takes up to 3 working days to get the return pick-up done from your location, once the return request has been placed. In case your return pick-up is not done within 3 working days, please reach out to us on support@theadore.com
In case you have placed a return request for two of your orders, there's a possibility that the return might be picked by the same Executive. However, we would request you to verify the same with the executive and handover only the required product to him. Please note that each order needs to be returned with its original packaging
We're very sorry but we do not accept returns after 15 days. However, in such an instance we've got you covered through our Warranty Policy. In case of any issues with the product like fading, breakage etc. you can reach claim a warranty and we will help you by replacing your product with a brand-new one
Pre-paid Orders: Once the reverse pick-up is done and we receive the product in our warehouse, it takes up to 48 hours to initiate a refund. You will be notified via email and SMS. Please note refund takes up to 7-10 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your source account
COD Orders: Once the reverse pick-up is done and we receive the product in our warehouse, it takes up to 48 hours to initiate a refund. You will be notified via email and SMS. A Razorpay pay-out link will be shared, where you will have to fill in their account details. Please note it might take up to 24 hours for the refund to reflect in your account.
