Shipping & Handling

Shipping:

  • Shipping Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 hours. Please be aware that personalized items will require additional processing time. If your order contains both personalized and non-personalized items, the non-personalized items will be shipped first.

  • Shipping Charges: We provide free shipping on all orders exceeding Rs. 449. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders or returns.

  • Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp, email, and SMS.

  • Multiple Items: If you order items alongside personalized or gold jewelry, your order may arrive in separate shipments.

Returns

  • Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and unworn items, no questions asked. However, this policy does not apply to personalized jewelry, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and God idols, except in cases of defective or spurious products. THEADORE reserves the right to process refunds after inspecting the returned items. If you purchased a THEADORE product from any source other than the THEADORE website, app, or exclusive stores, the return policies of your point of purchase will apply. Shipping charges (if applicable) at the time of order placement are non-refundable for returns.

  • Missing Items: In cases where a customer claims to have returned multiple items but the actual pickup does not include all claimed items, THEADORE reserves the right to deduct an amount up to the full MRP of the missing product from the refund amount. This applies to promotional items as well, including but not limited to free gifts and silver coins.

  • Refund Policy: If you have requested a return of any products, the refund will be initiated once we receive the product back in our warehouse.

  • Replacement & Exchange: You may request a replacement or exchange of your order as per your needs. The same conditions that apply to returns will also apply here. The replacement will only be dispatched after the initial return has been picked up or delivered (in the case of gold items).

  • Return Process: You can initiate a return request through our website or app. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Support team, and they will guide you through the process. Once you have booked the return request, please be available for the reverse pick-up and respond to calls from the delivery partner. If you are unavailable or cannot answer the calls, the delivery partner may, at their discretion, cancel the reverse pick-up. In such cases, the process will need to be re-initiated, which may extend the overall timeline.

  • Serviceability: While most pin codes are serviceable for both forward and reverse shipping, some pin codes may only allow forward service. In these instances, we may ask you to return the product via an alternative courier service, such as India Post, and reimburse you for reasonable shipping costs (up to Rs. 100) incurred for processing such returns.

  • Exceeding Charges: If the shipping charges exceed Rs. 70, any costs (return shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.) beyond Rs. 70 will be deducted from the customer’s refund. For non-serviceable pin codes, the customer is responsible for returning the jewelry to our warehouse and will receive Rs. 70 toward shipping costs with their refund.

  • Empty Parcels or Missing Products: If you receive an empty parcel or a product is missing, please contact our customer support team for assistance within 48 hours of the package’s delivery. We will require a 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel to process your request further. Please note that insufficient evidence or visible signs of tampering may result in your claim not being honored. In such cases, THEADORE reserves the right to make the final decision.
